Shipping policy

Free shipping in Canada on orders $100 CAD* and more. For orders less than 100$ to Canada - a flat rate of 18.00CAD applied (excludes certain remote and rural areas).

*For special custom projects contact us for shipping quote. Price depends on quantity of tiles and shipping location.
Remote and rural address shipping fees will be determined once the customer has entered his postal code. ArtisTile Ceramic reserves the right to hold orders for verification.
We ship with Canada Post at our discretion.
Express shipping service is not currently available.
For certain rural areas and territories (i.e. Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut), additional shipping surcharges may apply. In this case, these shipping surcharges will appear upon entry of your postal code at checkout.
Northwest Territories: $30 flat rate per order.
Yukon: $30 flat rate per order.
Nunavut: $50 flat-rate per order.
Free Shipping does not apply at any time to these Territories.

Shipping timelines.

Most of our products are in stock and can be shipped within 1-3 business days (excluded personalized products).
For personalized products- the processing time is normally 3-5 business days due to on-demand item production.
Our normal delivery time is 2-7 business days.

The customer will receive a message confirming each shipment, with the order’s tracking number.
Please note that during certain peak periods, additional delays may occur.
If some issue due to the shipping occurs (ex.: the parcel was lost, the item in the box was damaged due to delivery etc.), please consult our Refund Policy and contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
